Speedy Signs is proud to announce their continued involvement with a NZV8 Motorsport Racing team for another season!

Brock Cooley, who is a driver in the NZV8 Motorsport Touring Cars TL category, has had proven results in past competitions which is shown through his various achievements.

“Motorsport is something I enjoy because of the challenge it brings when racing other talented drivers. Being able to drive fast is also a bonus” says Cooley.

“I’ve been racing my entire life like my Dad. When I was young I had a go-kart and my interest quickly grew from there. After my first race at 16 years old I knew I was hooked” say Cooley.

His determination and passion for the sport has seen him receive the ‘Top Rookie’ Award for last season as well as placing 4th overall.

Brock has a quite extensive motorsport history behind him having raced in IRC’s (Independent Race Class) SS2000 where he placed second and NZGT Champion in 2012-2013.

The second heat in the NZV8 tournament will be at the Pukekohe track this weekend and is open to the public, so if you’re in the area then head along and show your support to Brock and the team.

The NZV8 Touring Cars began competing around New Zealand last weekend at Hampton Downs with their six round calendar including Pukekohe, Ruapuna, Teretonga, Manfeild and a grand final at the V8 Supercars event in April 2015.
